I actually think the art is pretty decent, and I liked the hall's camera angle. However, if you want to make things like this, I'd invest in a good microphone and a sound editor. NOOB's turning around might also be better if you drew him standing to the side, instead of just squashing his front image. The blood effect might also be better with a red-based fill and a shape tween.
I hope i am, too.... but now im going to make a new one, put more time in it, I just wanted to see what would happen with this.
